Will I receive a Confirmation Email and Tracking Number?

Yes. A confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent when the order ships.

Be sure to check your SPAM folder.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after order. Shipping times after that depend on the carrier.

Can I exchange items?

We do offer exchanges within 30 days from ordering, if the item is new/unworn with original tags/packaging.

There is a $5 shipping charge for the exchanged item.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. As well as PayPal and all the payment types they accept.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
